In a newly constructed building (2011) with only 14 apartments in total, this property shares the top floor with just one other apartment. High ceilings with exposed beams in all rooms except the bathroom and with some custom designed furniture this property is truly unique in Bariloche.

- Checking-in with a greater number of guests than originally reserved will be subject to additional charges. Maximum occupancy remains at 4 people.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 70% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will receive a 40% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made after you have taken occupancy of the apartment will forfeit of all fees paid.

Inspired by a book on the Patagonian Andes, I first came to Bariloche in 1999 in search of mountains and wilderness. I returned a couple of times to Patagonia before securing a job as a Tour Leader in South America. This was my stepping stone to relocation and I made the move to Argentina in 2005. I have been successfully renting apartments in Argentina since 2006, most recently this brand new lake view apartment here in Bariloche.
I live with my girlfriend in down-town Bariloche and am always on hand to help you get the most out of your stay.
Jeremy's lovely apartment in downtown Bariloche was one of the highlights of our two week trip through argentina. A stay here has two great benefits: the first is the apartment itself. Impeccably clean, modern and extremely comfortable, with a terrific little balcony on which to enjoy morning coffee while looking out at the lake, this apartment has everything you would want for either a short or long-term stay. Its location is ideal, just blocks from restaurants, supermarkets, and the stop for the bus line that any tourist would be interested in. The second great benefit is Jeremy! He met us at the apartment at the beginning of our stay, showed us the apartment and all of its amenities, and then took about 30 minutes to help us plan our activities during our Bariloche stay. He provided us with a bus card, multiple maps of the surrounding areas, and even gave us restaurant and chocolate shop recommendations (all of which were great, by the way).
We honestly could not have been any more pleased with our choice to stay with Jeremy. We will return to Bariloche, and hope to stay here again.

The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photographs. The kitchen is stocked comes fully stocked, and the bathrooms are more than satisfactory. Jeremy's exemplary service and attention to detail meant that any doubts or queries I had were answered in great detail.
The location is perfect as you are never more than a 2-3 minutes from the civic center, but just far enough to filter out the lights and sounds of Bariloche's main strip (Mitre).
Overall, you would be hard pressed to find a better terrace so close to the center of Bariloche..

What an amazing experience to stay at Jeremy´s apartment! It was just great! It´s located close to the "Centro Civico", main streets, lot of cafés, restaurants and bus stop, what makes our trip even easier. Jeremy is a great and helpful guy! Willing to help anytime and any need. The view is fantastic and the apartment is just perfect! We felt like home! I hope the next ones enjoy it as much as we did! I also hope we can go back someday, of course!

I have spent few weeks in Bariloche and rented this great apartment.The apartment is brand new and has all amenities including full kitchen and washing machine. Great view of the lake from the balcony. Apartment located on quiet street in the center of the town close to the restaurants, stores and nice walk along the lake. Jeremy, owner and manager of the apartment is very helpful and attentive to every detail. Also he is a great source of information about the town and all the attractions. He is always there if you have any questions or need help.My flight was late by three hours and arrived at midnight, Jeremy was waiting for me at the entrance.

I have been travelling to Bariloche for the past 12 years and this time we decided with my husband to rent an apartment, I can tell you it was the best choice. It is located just a few blocks from the "Centro Civico", main streets, restaurants, shops, "Cerro Catedral" bus stop, etc. Everything we love from Bariloche was just some blocks away. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable and the view is unbeatable. The owner is very friendly and kind, always willing to help on any request we might have. Certainly we will look for staying at Jeremy´s appartment next time..

What is the maximum occupancy?
The apartment is rented as a ONE BEDROOM (up to 2 people) or TWO BEDROOM (up to 4 people) UNIT with RATES DEPENDING ON OCCUPANCY. Checking-in with more than 4 people will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement and loss of all fees paid. If you reserve the apartment as a one bedroom option and check-in with more than 2 people you will be charged the 2 bedroom (4 people) occupancy rates.
How do we make a reservation?
Contact us by email or via the reservation form and state the dates for which you wish to make the reservation. We will confirm the rates & availability and send you details on how to pay the deposit.
When is my reservation guaranteed and confirmed?
All enquiries will be treated on a first come first served basis. Once we receive a reservation request, the apartment will be reserved for you, subject to availability and payment for the deposit.
How long do you take to respond to requests?
Usually within 6 hours, but please allow up to 24 hours.
Is the availability calendar on this site up to date?
Yes. The availability calendar shows all current confirmed reservations.

How will you know what time to meet us for check in?
You will be asked for your expected arrival time as part of the booking process. If you can call us when you arrive in Bariloche at the bus terminal, airport etc. then we will be there waiting outside the front of the building when you arrive.
What happens when we arrive?
You will be met at the apartment where you will sign the rental agreement, pay any outstanding balance & security deposit and receive the keys. You will also need to show your Passport or National Identity Document.
What time is check-in/out?

Do you have luggage storage facilities ?

When you make a reservation we will ask you to let us know how and what time you will be arriving. Just call us to let us know. If you don’t arrive at the expected time, we will check with the Airline/Bus company to see if there are any delays.
What is included in the published rate?
The published rates include all fees & bills.
What form of payment do you accept?
The rent can be paid via: Credit Card/PayPal.
The balance and security deposit due at check in (US$300) must be paid in cash US$ or AR$ Argentine Pesos.
What is the security deposit?
The security deposit of US$300 it taken to cover against damage to the Apartment during your stay. On check-out the security deposit will be returned to you subject to the apartment being returned in an undamaged state.
Are there any taxes added to the rental rates?
No. The price is final and includes all taxes and fees.
What is the minimum term of rental?
4 nights. Shorter stays will be charged at the 4 day minimum.
What is the maximum term of rental?
6 months. For longer stays please contact us.
Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?
Yes. Towels are bed linen are provided and changed weekly.
Can we use the apartment phone?
The apartment is equipped with a phone for use with free unlimited local calls. For national or international calls you can purchase a phone card for use on the land line. You will also be able to receive calls.
What is the apartment security?
The main entrance door is locked and has an intercom system for communication with the apartment. The apartment has a Security Alarm.
Is the apartment easy to get to from the airport / bus station?
Yes. The Apartment is located in downtown Bariloche just 4 blocks from the Centro Civico (Central Plaza). It is approximately 25 minutes from the airport by taxi and 5 minutes from the bus terminal.
What is the Electricity Voltage?
220 volts.
Who should I contact if I have any queries while staying there?
You will be provided with a number to call should you need anything during your stay.
Pets
Sorry but pets are not allowed.
Smoking
NO smoking is allowed inside the Apartment. It is only permitted on the Balcony and Terrace.
Is cleaning included?
Weekly cleaning is included in the price of the rental. Daily cleaning may be available for an additional cost.
What does the weekly cleaning include?
Weekly cleaning includes changing of linen and towels as well as a general cleaning of the Apartment.
How should I return the apartment when I leave?
It is expected that you take good care of the apartment during your stay. It should be left is a tidy state, but we don’t expect you to take the sheets off the bed etc.
By making a reservation you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will also be included in the rental agreement you sign at check in.

A Security Deposit of US$300 (or AR$ peso equivalent) is taken to cover against damage to the Apartment during your stay. You are responsible for any damage during your stay. On check-out, the security deposit will be returned to you subject to the apartment being returned in the same condition as which it was received. You are liable to pay the difference if any damage exceeds the value of the security deposit. You must report any damage to us without delay.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 70% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will receive a 40% refund of the deposit.
Where full payment has been made in advance, the above refunds correspond to the initial deposit only, the
remaining balance will be refunded in full.

A cleaning service is provided on all rentals over 7 days. It will include weekly changing of linen and towels and cleaning of the apartment.
The apartment is in a residential building. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a reasonable way. Any excess noise will not be tolerated out of respect to other residents in the building. If there are any complaints from the neighbours it may result in termination of the rental agreement.
The apartment has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. If this number is exceeded it will be considered a breach of your contract and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeit of your security deposit.
Pets are not permitted in the apartment. Any breach of this may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeit of your security deposit.
Smoking is not accepted in the apartment. Any breach of this may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeit of your security deposit.
We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
